Refunds
We are dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely thrilled with one of our products, we will happily exchange it for another of equal value. We simply ask that you return the product within 30 days of purchase and pay a small fee for shipping and handling.

Cancelled Orders
If, for any reason, circumstances make it necessary for you to cancel an order, we ask that you do so before shipping. You may cancel your order via e-mail or phone. Since we ship within 24 hours of your order, it is best to contact us immediately.

We have applied for a federal registration for the "AMLAVI" trademark. All products, packaging, logos, name, e-mail addresses, and designs are for our sole use. Any copyright infringements will be dealt with according to the copyright infringement laws of the United States. Any violators will be responsible for all attorneys fees, costs and damages incurred by us in order to defend the mark.
